Our popular StressSmarts® Stress Management Workshops teach employees how to identify the root cause(s) of their stress as well as practical coping skills they can implement in their daily lives both at home and at work. They also learn the tools they need to make simple lifestyle changes that will allow them to achieve a healthy balance between their work and personal lives.
